Risk acceptance criteria
- Customer is an employee of approved Ministries or MDAs & must be confirmed
- Repayment will not exceed 30% of customer’s post-tax salary
- Customer does not have any non-performing loan
- Customer must have a verifiable means of identification in addition to BVN/NIN
- For personal loan, not more than 50% of the net monthly salary shall be disbursed
- Guarantor required
- Access to customers’ terminal benefit
